2. What is the duration of the warranty and how does it work?
ZECCHIN's Footwear carries a 1 Year warranty against manufacturing defects starting from the purchase date. The warranty becomes invalid if the product is misused, subjected to excessive wear and tear, or used in an application or environment for which it is not designed.
To initiate a defective product claim, our sales team can be contacted. Replacement is provided at no cost, continent upon the necessary inspection of the goods.
3. What sizing system does ZECCHIN footwear adhere to?
ZECCHIN footwear follows the European sizing system.Please refer to the conversion chart below for UK and US sizing:
4. Can you provide footwear with the sizing specified in the US measurements printed on the product?
Certainly, all ZECCHIN footwear includes sizing information for EU, UK, and USA printed on the tongue label
5. What mesures should be taken to ensure the longevity of the footwear for optimal wear?
Kindly be aware that for a good wear life, and to prevent premature failure of the outsole, the footwear must be used correctly, cared for properly and stored in dry, ventilated conditions.To ensure the durability and uncompromised performance from this footwear:
- Refrain from using caustic cleaning materials.
- After use, place your footwear in a well-ventilated area to dry, and keep it away from heat.
- Utilize a brush to remove any dust or dirt.
- When necessary, use a damp cloth and soap to eliminate stains or marks.
- To maintain a lasting shine, polish it using any commercially available shoecare product.
6. What is the estimated leadtime for ZECCHIN?
Within 24 business hours for the Top Selling Models, subject to prior confirmation by our sales team.
If the product is unavailable in U.A.E. Logitic facility, or is a non-standard item, the estimated lead time will range between 30 to 60 days from the confirmed purchase order date.
